Studio Rentals:
$80 per hour WITH AN ENGINEER
$50 per hour WITHOUT AN ENGINEER

IF YOU BOOK A SESSION WITHOUT AN ENGINEER You will be
running your own session or bringing your own engineer.

video room:
$120 PER HOUR – NON-MEMBERS
$60 PER HOUR – MEMBERS

YOU MAY BRING YOUR OWN TEAM OR pay an additional cost

STUDIO
Booking Policy

To book your session we require 100% payment in advance.
We accept PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Credit and Debit.

***Your time slot is not secured until payment is received.*** 

​Recording, Mixing, and mastering, Exporting your files, and creating stems are all charged as part of your hourly booking.

Your session starts at the time you schedule, not the time you arrive. 

If you do need stems at the end of your session, please keep in mind that it’s still part of the hourly services that must be completed before your session ends.

Studio Etiquette

Your session starts at the time you schedule, not the time you arrive. 
There is a limit of 4 guests plus yourself during your session. 

​Smoking is not allowed inside the studio, but outside is okay. 

​PLEASE KEEP ALL FOOD AND DRINKS AWAY FROM THE MIXING BOARD.  

If damages occur to any of the studio equipment during your session, you will be held responsible for repairs and or replacement costs. 

If you need to cancel a session, please notify us in advance to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of the session time, you will BE CHARGED for 100% of the session OUTSIDE OF EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES OR WEATHER.

Your booking reserves time in our schedule and prevents other bookings. This measure is in place to ensurE our team members are compensated properly for their time.
